How to request deletion of your account

IZItopo accounts are business accounts. They are created and administered by the company that holds the licence, from its administration portal, in the same way as a work email address. A user cannot delete their own account.

If you cannot reach them, or if your request concerns your rights under the GDPR, write to us at info@tcract.fr. We pass the request on to the controller and reply within 30 days.

The application does not always use an account: in standalone mode it runs on a licence alone, with no personal identifier.

What is deleted

• The user account
• The first name and last name
• The email address
• The login tokens
• The links to the company's projects and groups

What is kept, and why

The survey measurements, site photographs and annotations produced belong to the client company, as its professional deliverables. They are kept, but the link to your identity is severed permanently and irreversibly: this data becomes anonymous and can no longer identify you.

Deleting an account does not terminate the licence, which belongs to the company and not to the user.

Timescales

• Requests handled within 30 days
• Encrypted backups may retain the data for up to 6 months after deletion
• Some data is kept longer where the law requires it, in particular for accounting and tax purposes
