Terms of use
These terms of use set out the legal framework under which TCract makes the website and its services available, and define the conditions under which the “User” may access and use those services.
Article 1: Access to the site
The IZItopo website gives the User free access to the following services:
- Information about IZItopo and Bentley products and services
- Demonstration and contact requests
- Access to documentary resources (blog, news, etc.)
The site is freely accessible from anywhere to any User with an internet connection. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the service (computer hardware, software, internet connection and so on) are their own responsibility.
Article 2: Publisher's liability
The Publisher cannot be held liable for any server or network malfunction. Likewise, the site cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or of an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
The IZItopo website undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data. It does not, however, provide a guarantee of complete security.
Article 3: Hyperlinks
The site contains many outbound hyperlinks; however, the web pages they lead to in no way engage the liability of IZItopo, which has no control over those links.
The User therefore undertakes not to hold the site liable for the content and resources associated with these outbound hyperlinks.
Article 4: Governing law and jurisdiction
French law governs this agreement. Failing an amicable settlement of any dispute arising between the parties, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
